Comments (only if enabled): name, email, comment text; we store IP and browser user agent to help spam detection. If you use Gravatar, a hashed token may be sent to check for an avatar.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed and referring site, collected via cookies for basic site functioning and security.

Embedded content: Posts may include embedded content (e.g., Instagram, YouTube). These third parties may collect data per their own policies.

We do not sell your personal data.
